*Construction costs may vary with each store. A typical store is 1200 – 1800 square feet. Many new shopping centre developers offer only the base shell and the franchisee covers the cost of flooring, ceiling, wiring, lights, etc., depending on what leasehold improvements are negotiated with the prospective landlord.

**Additional funds will be required to finance operations until a positive cash flow is produced by the business. The Franchisor cannot predict the amount of time it will take for the business to show a positive cash flow.
